Having been a customer of Soapy Falls since their opening day, I have watched the facility evolve and handle the increasing demands of our growing community. While it remains a reliable choice for keeping a vehicle clean, my experience has shifted slightly, moving from a five-star to a four-star rating. Initially, the quality of the wash was impeccable. However, since the switch to well water, there has been a noticeable difference in the rinsing process. It seems that the soap is more stubborn to remove, and the final blow-dry stage while it's efficient it often leaves behind residue or moisture that wasn't an issue in the earlier days. This is our go to car wash for our small rental car business. The team is always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Trey and David. We appreciate you! We especially love the strength of the vacuums, the leather conditioner, and the mat cleaner has changed our lives.

David provided excellent service at the car wash. He went out of his way to help me fill my car tire and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout. His positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and friendly, great job, David!

Literally, the best self wash clean car place I have been to. They give you towels and cleaner to clean the inside, the glass, air up your tires, and free mat cleaner, which is awesome. All for the same price of other places.

This car wash is always on point—clean, efficient, and fully stocked with towels and vacuums that actually work. The team here is top-notch, but shoutout to Madison for her exceptional service—super friendly and professional. This spot has great energy, always busy, and just a fun place to be. Easily the best car wash around!
